How To Use

1. Give your teeth a good brush with the SmileTime Bamboo Toothbrush to help remove plaque build up so you're ready to whiten.
2. Open the SmileTime Teeth Whitening Kit. Attach the LED light to the mouth tray.
3. Apply gel to the top and bottom sides of the mouth tray (focus gel on your most visible front teeth).
4. Pop the LED light & mouth-tray into your mouth, and whiten for 15 minutes.
5. Spit and rinse after use, and repeat the next day.
